Day 4: The miraculous spring

Day 4 attends to the spring of Lourdes, which Mary instructed Bernadette to uncover.

The waters of Lourdes

On February 25, 1858, the Blessed Virgin directed Bernadette to dig at the back of the grotto. A spring emerged that has flowed continuously since. Approximately seventy formally recognized miraculous healings have occurred at the spring.

Mary of Lourdes, you who gave us the spring, give me also the spiritual water that heals the soul. Amen.
