Day 2: Conversion from worldly ambition

The second day attends to Saint Christopher's conversion from worldly ambition (he sought the most powerful king) to Christian service.

Christian ambition

The Catholic life corrects ambition without extinguishing it. The petitioner's ambition is redirected from prestige and wealth to the service of Christ.

Prayer

Saint Christopher, you who sought the most powerful king and found Christ, free me from the ambitions that lead me away from God. Make me ambitious only for His glory. Amen.
